Why doesn't the video load (in Chrome) on my desktop or laptop computer?

Make sure you've downloaded and installed Adobe Flash. It's a good idea to restart Chrome afterwards.

Once Flash is installed, come back to and look in your URL/Search bar for a "View Site Information" icon -

Click on it and select "Site Settings" from the options.

There should be an option for "Flash" (probably set to "Ask (default)"), set this to "Allow. You can now close that extra Site Settings window.

What are the requirements for watching videos?

You need to be on a desktop or laptop computer that has Flash installed. Mobile phones and tablets no longer support Flash.

Where can I see my certificates?

You need an account to be able to access your certificates. Once you have an account, click the My Account link at the top right of the screen. Then click the Webcast Certificates tab.
